Getting a puppy is no small decision, and at other places, I often felt guilty asking questions or taking my time. But this establishment is incredibly well-organized, with a team that truly cares about both the puppies and their customers. The facility was spotless, and all the puppies were absolutely adorable and well cared for. Krystal was an absolute gem! After searching for the perfect puppy and being disappointed by other places, I was relieved to find someone as helpful, attentive, and compassionate as her. The manager was also amazing, going above and beyond to make sure I felt confident and comfortable. This was definitely a 5-star experience!

The staff here are kind and helpful, the puppies are so well taken care of, they are constantly cleaning up their kennels, attentive to your needs and were happy to answer 50 questions! FAR better prices than places like Petland and others. The store is clean and actually smells good too, respectable place and respectable people.

I was so lucky to find Waggles just as Christmas was rolling around. We weren't sure what kind of dog we wanted and Waggled offers such an amazing selection of all types of breeds. The puppies are to die for, so darn cute!! The staff that helped us on our two visits were knowledgeable, sweet and patient. The store is clean and it's great to be able to spend some time with the pups to see which is the one for you! We picked Doug, the doxie! Life changing experience! Thank you!!!
We have our newest member of our family because of them.! Izzy, Isabel. She's a mini bernedoodle, and she's the cutest little dust ball you've ever seen. I highly recommend them. The puppies have all their shots, and they're chipped. Who knew you could just walk in to a puppy boutique, and take a puppy home. We love her. The staff is super friendly.
